Veranda Estate Homes - Melissa Hryszko

Their team includes 12 people, including project managers, construction managers, and her 18-year-old son. They face challenges like high material costs, stringent energy codes, and labor shortages. Despite these, they maintain high standards and have expanded into a new community with faster production homes. Melissa emphasized the importance of continuous learning and fostering young talent in the trades.
